Replace two existing bar tops in existing restaurant. Paint the restaurant and minor sheetrock repair. Hardwood floors to be re-finished and tile floors are to be repaired replaced as needed to meet sanitation health standards. All existing walls and structures including fire sprinkler and fire alarm are to remain active and in the existing conditions remaining. All egress and life safety for existing restaurant to remain. The restaurant is located on the ground floor main level and also in a basement level- existing and to remain.

Additional and expanded scope of work from original permit pulled (sf674811). Additional work all performed on time and material basis. Additional scope of work requested per the health dept to bring sanitation and food prep to current code: install a new mop sink closet in the main kitchen and basement dining room bar install a hand sink in server station outside of kitchen install a 2 bay prep sink in kitchen and install an additional hand sink in kitchen and install washable acoustical ceiling tiles grid over the main bar and server station.
