Our organization is planning to host a 5k on the grounds at rfk stadium. We will erect two 30x tents on the grounds. The tents will be used as a production office for our staff. We will keep equipment such as staff radios under the tents. We will also have 12 8 foldable tables under one tent for staff meals. No cooking will take place under the tents. The other 30x tent will be used to house equipment not in use. No tent walls will be erected. We will have smaller tents to have our registration team and merchandise team under. These tents will be 10x10. The registration tents are erected with a table under each. Staff and volunteers will sit at the tables and check participants in. The merchandise tables are erected and our merchandise will be kept under the tent, where staff will help event participants with any purchases.
