This permit is to temp install flags on existing dc st lights in connection with united nations week from 10/23/2006 to 10/30/2006. Applicant is responsible for obtaining a permit from nps for the occupancy that is required in order to install banners when street lights are on nps property. Traffic control must be in place when obstructing pedestrian and automobile traffic. Safety precaution and signage must be in place to warn pedestrians of work zone. Applicant responsible for removal of flags after expiration of permit.
