SCORE 56 11 6th St Sw, Washington, Dc 20024 The work will include the installation of 5 monitoring wells for the purposes of environmental sampling. Three of the monitoring wells will be completed as shallow monitoring wells, 35 feet in depth, and two of the monitoring wells will be completed as deep monitoring wells, feet in depth. The shallow wells will be installed using hollow stem auger and will be completed as 2-inch wells with feet of screen, sand pack to two feet above screen, bentonite seal two feet above sand, and grout to surface with a 60: ratio. The deep wells will be installed using hollow stem auger and mud rotary and will be completed with a permanent outer 6-inch casing to feet depth, the well casing will be 2-inch diameter to feet depth, and the well screen will be feet from feet to feet. The wells will be constructed in the same manner as the shallow well. All wells will be flush mounted and will be used for the collection of environmental groundwater samples.
