SCORE 59 Winthrop St Charlestown Ma 02129 There is an existing fence at the rear of the property that was constructed in 2012 by the developer without a permit. This work was done prior to our purchase of the property. We are now applying for a permit for the fence. We are happy with the current design but recognize it covers a "right of way". Our permit application and proposal includes a modification that will not interfere with the "right of way" our neighbor at 12 monument court has over the property. Specifically the proposed fence design would remove two sections of fence and replace with a small section of fence along the street and a gate. This would provide privacy from the street yet keep open the area designated as a "right of way". It also keeps clear the easement area in the alley and alongside 12 monument court. We have included plans for current and proposed design. We have also included photos of the original chain link fence (photo from 2011) which was in place prior to the new fence going up and our modificat Client: Sixth Winthrop St Condo Tr | Permit type: Fencing renovation >6ft | Permit status: Open | Current use: 1-3fam | Permit id: Sf494518 | Parcel: 0203312000 | |||||
