SCORE 93 Demo of existing house leaving foundation; demo permit to issue with no grading per chris collins;applicant states tied to large project at deerfield; regarding the deerfield demolition, the gentleman arrived very quickly after we had talked, so i did not get out an informational email quickly enough. We are limiting the scope of his grading permit to structure only, with the slab foundation to remain due to the fact that this is a level ii project that was just recently submitted. We are not ready to release any grading activity on the site as of yet.
