In 2008 applicant was granted relief to combine three lots and erect a single story building. (bzc-28813). Prior to that application a cellular tower was already approved and in place on one of the parcels. The applicant now seeks to subdivide the one parcel on which the tower is located. The garage constructed under the 2008 bzc decision falls on the other two parcels. New lot to keep cell tower and be known as 32 topalian with 4018 sf of land. ;as per plan filed.

;(1) 27. 5 whip antenna on the existing tower at 151. The whip to be mounted via standoff bracket. (1) 1 2 coax line to run up existing cable run. On ground h-frame proposed within existing fenced compound to include (1) 2. 5 satellite dish and (1) 2. 33 cabinet. No change in tower height or ground compound footprint.
