Tuckpoint (appx 10 sq ft) & grind. Remove replace bricks outer wythe (8) lintels (4long) ( sq ft). (no structural work)- all work same as existing; subject to field inspections

Masonry repairs: replace lintels (max 6 long), replace outer wythe and bricks as needed, grind and tuckpoint, all work same as exisiting, same location.

Remove replace kitchen cabinets, counter top, drywall as needed, appliances and 6 plumbing fixtures. Electrical repairs to include: two circuits. All work same as existing. Work to be performed in unit #3w.

Remove and replace 12 plumbing fixtures, interior door hardware, counter tops, new floor tile in 2 bathrooms, refinish wood flooring in unit 2d.

Interior alterations as per plans, replace skylight, remove lavatory and instill pedestal sink,remove suana,reframe closet doors, install guardrails,and relocate electrical panel as per plans
