Building will undergo basic rehabremodel of all three (3) existing this include installing a three new kitchens and new three new bathrooms. The kitchens and bathrooms will have new electrical and plumbing where necessary per building code requirements. In the remaining rooms we will keep the existing rooms will be repainted and new trim replaced where it is necessary. New baseboard heating will be installed in all rooms and tied into the heating systems in basement. Any windows or doors hardware replaced when necessary. Disclosure: per a previous demo permit from prudential construction the building has already been demoed. The plumbing rough has been signed off on permit listed under princeton (pl462927). I encourage the building department to walkthrough property before we start work to see where we are picking up the work ahead.
