Property located outside city if asheville corporate limits, yet inside city of asheville extra territorial jurisdiction (etj) in a rs-2, residential single-family low density district and protected mountain ridges area. No portion of building site is located on ridge top. Therefore no applicable building height limitations appy other than standard rs-2 maximum height of structures in the rs-2 district shall be feet. Parcel has triple road frontage. No portion of structure shall be constructed any closer than thirty five feet (35) from the edge of the road rights-of-way.
