It is my understanding that the residence has been condemned but neighbors have reported that boards have been removed. Officers have responded to the house and removed vagrants from the property. Is it the citys responsibility to board the house or the owners? Thank you for your help. Swr july 25, 2006 3:42:46 pm stuartr pre-existing non-conforming manufactured home allowed to be replaced so long as new unit is no larger then previous, as per unified development ordinance section 7-17-7 titled other nonconforming situations.
