The gate is located in a private alley owned by the following properties: 16 bond 14 bond 12 bond bond 8 bond 6 bond and 2a/4a milford. The gate was installed with the consent and desire of all of the owners of the above-mentioned properties. The gate was intalled with the knowledge and approval of the owners of the abutting properties located at 1 hanson and 4 milford street. The gate is a wooden gate five feet wide and 6 feet tall. The violation numbers are v829 and v82851. The violations are for failure to secure a permit to install fence however only a gate was installed.

Furnish and install a combination local and central office low voltage security and fire alarm system. Low voltage fire alarm system to be installed in accordance to pans and specifications approved by the boston fire prevention diviision ( permit # bfd0206494 ).

Repair existing fire escape to correct violation.

Cut structural slab in basement to expose and repair existing rough plumbing. Re-construct the slab to the attached structural engineering requirements.
