Commercial interior demo and repairs for the meadowns bld due to fire damage;dry out building replace roof and rebuild back the same roof line, remove all wet sheetrock flooring material carpet & tile on all 3 floors remove all appliances in all ten aparments, demo siding withhold from fire and fix to a dry in condition;will submit for remodel work at later date;electrical permit is for temp pole;sls; july 9, 20 4:26:25 pm kneel. Bedlfor is the contractor of record on the job listed above {meadows apt. Bld. 20}. They have brought in a large generator and started it without proper insp. And have not grounded it as told previously. The contractor called to today to work on the temp. Power pole and he was not a nc licensed j-man or contractor. Pay fee 100. Jay e. I placed a stop work order at the meadows apartments location on ascension dr. Contractor: advance construction address: 917 honey creek rd conyers ga 30094 contractor working on rated walls in attic area of buildings at this time. Contractor will need to provide drawings for approval buildings involved at this time bld 5,6,7,8,11,12,13,14,15,16 please place a 1,000, fine on this project. This project also has other work done by other contractors at this time that no permits were issued and the work is finished.; june 8, 2011 9:00:07 am ssalyer.
