Contacted renter and notified her that permisssion would be needed from the owner to enter the home. I also made her aware that if permission is granted and the structure is deemed unsafe for habitation she would likely have to leave the premisis. She asked that i contact owner, ronald caldwell (redacted phone number), to seek permission to enter the home. I called and left voice message. Call has not been returned.
