Fire suppression system - west end

New 3 x 6 8" , 3 hr door with closure to be installed between 926 and 928 pearl. No lock is allowed on this door to prevent the door from being opened at any time. This allows the tenant at 928 pearl to have an occupant load that exceeds occupants and meeting the requirement of the fire department order to correct a problem.

Repair existing upper deck

Replace 2x joists and 2x4 decking to repair fire damage on deck at west end tavern.

Repair kitchen floor

Mechanical permit to install gas fired heaters.

Tenant remodel - for relocation of ada bath, relocation of dish wash area, and expansion of prep area in kitchen for inchwest end taverninch. Includes electrical and plumbing.

Expose existing 2inch riser in northeast corner of stairwell. Existing piping is pipe schedule system, per nfpa 13. Route 2inch pipe west, south and east. Install six (6) tyco extended coverage dry sidewall sprinklers (chrome finish) to provide coverage for north patio, existing west corridor and, south patio. New proposed sprinklers will match temperature rating (155) and response (standard response) of existing sprinklers. Occupancy is light hazard occupancy for rooftop patiosinch
