Build a garage and upper level addition to the existing house which will include a 1378 sq ft lower open garage area with a garage door at the front and one at the rear of the structure, also we will build a small breezeway from the original house to the new building with stairs to the upper level living quaters which will include a master bedroom, master bath, closet, and bonus room which will total 1378 sq ft. The exterior of the addition will be hardie siding on both sides and the rear and brick and stone on the front to match the existing house. The addition will have its own electrical sub panel and hvac unit for the upper level, and all plumbing will run to the sewer line at the rear of the lot.
