To install two (2) double sided non-illuminated sign with barge board background and metal lettering reading duerty boys per drawings submitted on 06/23/16 & stamped approved 07/05/16 sign on chartres elevation shall measure 24 w x 18" h x 2. 5" thck. Sign shall hang from existing chains from underside of balcony from outriggers. Sign on dumaine elevation shall measure 24 w x 18" h x 2. 5" thck. Sign shall hang from existing bracket. Signs will hang perpendicular to street, centered above doorways. Signs will have a barge board background with black and white lettering no additional illumination or lighting is approved. Note: all existing signs must be removed and no additional signs may be installed. The bottom of the signs shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.
