Replace wooden gate on alley on bourbon street side of building. New gate to match existing (true bead board - no sheets permitted) gate. Paint to match existing color. Remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards. Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5/4x4 t&g floorboards, and 7/8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). Remove uplighting fixtures at second floor balcony. Remove string lights, unshielded colored lights and halogen lights. Remove abandoned or inoperable wiring on exterior of building. All functional wiring shall be neatly and discreetly installed in small conduits painted to match the adjacent surface.
