Dismantle the front and rear elevation parapet brick walls. Rebuild back to original lines and configuration. Apply one generous application of a voc compliant, clear penetrating water repellent to entire area. At side elevation second floor windows install new steel lintel as per attached engineers report. No change in height or area. Contact streets department for dumpster permit and footway closure permits. No other work this permit. Separate permits required for guard rails.
