All work limited to electrical closet located between the royal st. Property line wall and the royal st. Elevation of the side addition as follows: replacement of existing wood doors with new matching wood doors doors to be painted white, semigloss removal of existing slate roofing repair and or replace underlayment as necessary install new natural slate (grey green), using copper nailssee annotated photograph stamped vcc approved for reference.

Replace electrical closet door units. New door units to match existing and painted white. Remove existing slate roof, replace damaged roof decking and install new natural slate.
