For the removal of existing vestibule and for the erection of new vestibule; for the addition of existing building for drive-thru pay window on east elevation and for the square off existing mansard canopy of an existing structure for an existing take-out restaurant on the same lot with all other uses including with signage and with accessory parking spaces as previously approved. Size and location as shown in the application.

For the removal of existing signs and for the erection of five(5) flatwall signs ( sign# a, 2x sign b, sign c and sign h);for the erection of two(2) s f digital free-standing signs (sign d & sign i) and existing signs ( e, f, and g remains) accessory to an existing take-out restaurant in the same lot with all other uses including with accessory parking spaces as previously approved. Size and location as shown in the application.

Level 2 alterations and addition to an exisitng detached structure. Alterations to include the demolition and erection of non bearing partitions, new walls, ceiling and floor finished, and new toilet rooms. Addition to create an accessible vestibule and new pay window. No change in occupancy (take out restaurant). Addition will change the construction type of the structure to vb. Existing structure is not sprinlered. Separate permit required for plumbing, mechanical, electrical and signage.
