Chnage occupancy- interior renovation of 72 existing hotel guestrooms and bathrooms. As part of this renovation certain guest room areas will be sub-divided and re-organized to accomodate an increase of 41 additional guestroom keys this will increase total guest room count from 362 to a new room count of 403. Construction work includes new interior drywall partitions tile and carpet flooring painting vwc light fixtures plumbing fixtures hvac replacements electrical upgrades and installation of owner supplied interior furnishings.

Install shunt relay to shutt off stereo outlet

Installation of new steel and glass canopy over broad street and batterymarch entrances to hilton hotel.
