Prepare the existing roof for a recover roof installation and install new firestone cover board mechanically fastened through the existing roofing material and into the exisitng metal deck and install new firestone standard black epmd single ply membrane fully adhered to the substrate for 15 year firestone warranty. All work to be performed according to firestone building products company specs. And will be inspected bt certofied firestone inspectors prior to issuance of warranty to the owner.

For the installation of six (6) sprinkler heads in an existing financial institution.

For the installtion of eight (8) sprinkler heads in the new mdf room in an existing financial institution, as per approved plans. All work shall be performed by a fire suppression contractor licensed by the city of philadelphia.

Install (191) speakers, (498) speaker strobes, (55) pull stations, (104) smoke detectors, (22) heat detectors, (37) duct detectors and all associated ppanels for a complete system. As per nfpa 72 (west district)
