Interior demolition: removal of sheetrock wall framing whete needed, doors, ceiling, insulation,. Install new framing where needed, and appropriate insulatin througout. Install new hardwood flooring atop existing subfloor throught and install new tile in the baths a new water resistent subfloor gypsum backer board. Install new kitchen cabinets, stone counters and appliance on the 1st floor rear. Install new baths on 2nd and 3rd floors. Ower wash all exterior areas and brickpoint whete necessary, install new rear patio surface. Roof remove non functional air conditioner remove non functioning exhaust vents and repair. Replace entir roof surface . Replace and replicate all , steps and risers. All stairway openings and locations will remain in tact. Ez permit standard alterations- for alterations to an existing one family dwelling as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Install (1) heat pump system with ductwork (sfd)

Install 2 amp service, install outlets, switches, lights, 3 gfis, 4 smokes and 2 carbons as per nec 2008
