Amend building permit ap632309 to include revised ground floor layout, additions of fire pump rooms, meter closets, structural framing changes, updated details, and all other work as per approved plans. Separate permit required for any mep and fire suppression work.

For the complete demolition of three (3) structures to create a vacant lot as per engineers safety plans & specifications. Demolition and supplemental documents required as per code bulletin b-1302 and shall be completed in accordance with site safety demolition plans descriptions. Street closure permits, insurance & protection of pedestrians included as part of permit documents.

For the erection of spread footing foundation system as per geotechnical report and foundation plan. For the erection of a four (4) story structure with basement, balconies, pilot house, and roof deck. Proposed structure to have two (2) hour fire resistance rated exit enclosures. Ensure vertical column supports (primary structural frame) is one hour fire resistance rated as reqd for type va construction. Stormwater management approval is required within two (2) months of the issuance of the building permit entire building to be fully sprinklered per nfpa 13 and equipped with a standpipe system in exit stairways separate permit required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work. Amend building permit#628924 to increase the fire resistance rating of the floor ceiling assemblies and fire partitions separating the dwelling units from 1 2 hour fire resistance rated construction to one (1) hour fire resistance rated construction. The increase in fire resistance rated construction allows the building to be exempt from an nfpa 13 system. This permit to also change the fire suppression system from nfpa 13 to nfpa 13r throughout the entire buildings. This permit is for the total of (18) - two (2) family dwellings (total 36 dwelling units) distributed amongst five - four (4) story structures with roof decks, pilot houses and interior parking spaces.
