Replace driveway paving replace the siding roofing on the top floor (decorative mansard) repair brick and paint exterior brick new color. New through-wall heating and air conditioning units, including new block-outs in the exterior wall for units which currently lack the air conditioning. Replace interior finishes in all the units (cabinets, countertops, flooring, paint, lighting, new appliances, add dishwashers and replace other appliances) in the same configuration (repair and minor alterations only). Replace interior and entry doors with new ones. Minor alterations and repairs to drywall and paint in common area corridors.

This is for non-structural demolition of existing apartment units. Includes removing existing cabinets, countertops, flooring, blinds, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and shower surrounds.
