Interior alterations to include demo and framing of non load bearing partition walls, installation of 1 2" gypsum, replace interior doors and apply stucco to rear exterior. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties.

Replace existing brick front on existing foundation masonry front wall with veneer - remove existing brick front wall, square feet. Frame new front wall with 2 x 6 studs and plywood sheathing. New framing to be secured to existing building and inspected prior to starting brickwork. Foundation wall to extend to first floor at 8 inch width. Start 4 inch brick veneer at first floor level, install brick ties every 32 inches, vertical and horizontal. Physically tie in every 4 feet at adjoining wall. Windows and door same location. Install capping, flashing and weep holes as per code requirements.

Interior plumbing alterations throughout an existing single-family dwelling - re-rough waste water supply piping to include (2)water closets, (2)lavatories, (1)bathtub, (1)kitchen sink and (1)clothes washer

Install 100amp service complete with grounding, wire through out switches, recepts, llights, interconnected smokes co2 detectors as per 2008 nec (cc district)

Install (1) hvac system with ductwork (sfd)
