Interior alterations. To 1st floor unit, kitchen - remove and replace cabinets, countertop, flooring and drop ceiling. Frame out drop ceiling with 2 x 4s and sheetrock. Fur out party line wall with 1x3s and 1 2" sheetrock. Bathroom-demo to existing studs and install sheetrock and backer board as needed . Replace window with smaller size using the existing lentil and replace brickwork to match existing exterior. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standards of interior alterations dated feb., 2007. Deviation from the standarad will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of penalties. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical approvals are not included in this application

Install new kitchen; re-rough second floor bathroom and install bathtub, toilet and vanity.

Rewire kitchen:6 duplex receptacles (gfcis),1 dishwasher line, ( amp), 1 garbage disposal line ( amp),6 recessed fixtures,1 bathroom fan, 1 bathroom gfci, all as per 2008 nec (cc dist)
