16 story senior housing apartment, fire alarm work , addition of silent knight conventional panel to monitor new fire pump installation, alert main panel electrical work. Power ckt, lighting for new fire pump room, as per nec 2005 & nfpa72 (cc district)

Convert 3 dry standpipes to wet, per l&i requirements, install 1 diesel engine fire pump

Due to failure of the current panel, we will be replacing the fire alarm control unit and replacing a c series bells with horn stobes in common areas as per nfpa-72 (cc dist)

Level ii interior alterations (no change of occupancy) to remove and replace furring walls within existing first floor residential lobby as per approved plans.

Resupport 120v 20amp receptacles on south wall ( all installation in accordance with 2008 nec)

Reno to existing elevators includes new disconnects, pit lights, switches and pit receptacles with no additional wiring, new devices only as per 2008 nec (cc district)

Disconnect and reconnect equipment ct2,wshp-1,ahu1 and ct1 only as per 2008 nec (cc district)

Install new backflow preventor assembly on main incoming domestic water service line, inside the building near the meter

Alterations: interior plumbing; mixed-use multi-family 18 story high-rise building; 276 units - the installation will compy with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

272 rooms replace with 1072 energy star light fixtures. 272 room replace 50 2 main 4 cir panel, 272 room replace kitchen and bath exhaust 272 rooms install smoke co2 sounder base fire alarm extension of existing. 2 chiller reconnect, 6 pumps reconnect common area replace 10 enery star light fixtures, replace em panel, existing generator to be certified, reconnect 272 fan coils reconnect fan coils in common areas change out gfci in 272 apartments

Replace 6" domestic water service at curb

Parking garage - relocate sprinkler heads.

Perform concrete & waterproofing repairs to parking garage. All reapirs per sealed drawings and specifcations provided by the engineer of record

Reconnection of 2 15hp pumps to existing feeds.

Shelter platform permit- erection of a sidewalk shelter platform as per engineered plans. Streets department permit required for sidewalk closure prior to the start of work.

Replace existing mechanical equipment including of (55) cuh, (273) fcu, (3) ahu, (2) ct, (3) boilers, (2) chillers and (1) ductless split system as per plans.

For the extension of a sprinkler system in to the electric room located in the basement of an existing building. All work to be done per approved plans. Fire supression system to be installed in accordance with nfpa 13.

For prescriptive exterior repairs alterations at existing mixed-use multi-family building w. Parking to include installation of anchored brick veneer support elements & repair of reinforced concrete facade & floor elements. All required covered walkway & construction safe guards to be installed & secured prior to commencement of permitted work.

Exterior wall improvements to include brick flashing repairs, masonry anchor replacement, eifs masonry crack repair, and waterproofing. Code design prof: jason borden ,pe separate permit required for pedestrian protection, sidewalk shelter platforms, site protection or closure of public way prior to any work or staging of equipment

Individual repairs across north elevation approx. ~10-15 sq. Ft., ea. For exterior wall improvements to include brick flashing repairs, shelf angle repairs, masonry anchor replacement, eifs masonry crack repair, and waterproofing, as per plan. Pedestrian protection, sidewalk shelter platforms, site protection included as part of permit. Separate closure of public way permit from streets deppt. Reqd prior to any work or staging of equipment.

For repairs and level 2 alterations to an existing high-rise building as per plans. Asbestos removal required prior to the start of work. Separate permits required for any mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work.
