Supply and install drain and water supply to 2 toilets,2 vanities,1 tubs,1 kitchen sinks,1 laundry,1 dishwashers,1 garbage disposal and 1 water heaters - the installation will compy with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Make safe permit - for removal of existing brick facade & install 4" cinder block and new brick facade,-masonry front wall -remove existing front masonry wall. Replace with new 8 inch masonry wall, (4" brick & 4" block) on existing foundation. Windows and doors to comply with emergency egress standards per irc. Abutting sidewalk must be closed with fencing a minimum of 6 in height. Separate streets department permit required for sidewalk closure. A separate permit is required for any additional alterations that are not specifically addressed on case 522019.. New door opening for 36 inch door. Flash roof to new front. Vertical reinforcement every 24 inches. Install returns into party walls for structural connection. Flash and seal roof. Install 2 x 4 frame wall, r-19 insulation and sheetrock on interior front wall for finish. Seperate permit required for streets department required
