On 12 29 2016, the department of licenses and inspections issued a notice of refusal for application #741967.

For the erection of a three (3) story structure, for use as three (3) dwelling units. Structure is frame construction and equipped with an automatic sprinkler system (nfpa 13 (per proviso)). The proposed foundation is composed of a floor slab that is structurally supported by drilled-in helical piers. Separate permits will be required for the engineered truss drawings, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire suppression. Unit on the 1st floor of the structure to be fully accessible. For the administrative review of a p no 738189 (cal no 28924) to decrease the height of the building and parapet and to document that building #1 is an attached structure (based on the determination of the rear lot line by city planning commission). No change to footprint or gfa of structures. A p no 738189 was issued for the erection of two (2) structures (building #1 detached, building #2 detached).
