Remove three (3) existing window units and install one (1) new four ton mini-split unit on existing rooftop platform, per application & materials received 06/02/16 and stamped vcc approved 07/12/15. To include:approximately 6" of copperline run from the new unit on the dauphine side elevation to the interior stairwell and interior mini split heads. All copper lines will be 1 1/2 in diameter and painted to match the exterior of the structure. Approximately 11" of drain line run alongside each window on the dauphine side elevaton. All drain lines will be 3/4 pipe and painted to match the exterior of the structure.
