For the administrative review of a p no 738187 (cal no 28927) to decrease the height of the building and parapet and to decrease the occupied area and gfa of on the lot by eliminating the previously approved accessory structure and decreasing the depth of a portion of the principle structure, and to document the relocation of the two (2) bicycle spaces, which will be provided within the principle structure as opposed to being within the accessory structure.
