Propose elimination of rear fire escape with the extension of existing rear stair to lowest level and fire-rated corridor to new rear egress door. Install ground water recharge system.

Provide control interlock wiring for 2ervs 9vavs 14fcus 2 accus and 1 ef. All work is low voltage.

Temp power and lighting to be used during construction for floor 1 through 8 including basement.

Installation of temp heat detectors to be used during construction for floors 1 through 8 including basement

Tenant fit up

Selective demolition of floors 1 thru 8 including the basement level removal of all existing rooftop equipment including demolition of all existing mep systems and equipment and decommission and removal of elevator and penthouse.

Stand truck at curb vac truck and truck to remove tank vac work to cease by 10pm 7pm to 6am

Existing 8-story building plus basement to have core/shell renovation including demolition of: interior partitions all windows existing storefront and misc. Exterior elements; furnish/install: two-story storefront windows epdm roof roof deck (occupancy limited to 49 people) 10-stop elevator fire alarm fire suppression system electrical service to each space plumbing and hvac. Propose elimination of rear fire escape with the extension of existing rear stair to lowest level and fire-rated corridor to new rear egress door. No change of use required and no additional far is proposed. Furnish/install ground water recharge system per gcod.

Install 2 combination wall mounted exit sign/emergency light units above the 2 exit doors.

Erect temp barricade - 12 high 22 long and 7 off the building framed with fire rated plywood and 2x4s spaced 24" on center. Enclosure has a 4 x 8 temp door / lock.

Temp work in advance of alt #307625 issuance to include masonry repairs masonry opening in read facade for new egress demo of fire escape elevator shaft opening create shaft opening for future mep risers structural steel installation extension of existing interior stairwell to new rear opening install groundwater recharge system general site work including new domestic water/fire service and sewer connections. All fees to be paid at issuance of long form building permit alt #307625. No mep/fp scope included in this short form permit.
