For my property at 7914 n 152nd street i will be constructing the final 1/3 portion of the fence tying into the existing 2/3 constructed by neighbors. I will then add two gates 1 at the north entrance to the backyard and one at the south entrance to the backyard. Diggers hotline has marked all utilities. Posts will be cedar buried 3 feet, with 6 feet exposed above ground every 6 feet along the nothernmost property line extending no more than 5 feet past the basement foundation. I will also be removing the concrete slab patio to replace with brick pavers. 9. 6ft x 11ft. (i do not see a build permit listed for this type of construction).
