Consider addressing the following: 1. I find no record of a grading permit / waiver applied for or issued. Aerial photo taken march 2002 shows entire parcel grassed with no land disturbance. Is a new driveway being constructed? Are you planning on accessing and using kutyana? S existing driveway (pin # redacted phone number62756 )? If you plan on using the neighbor? S driveway, i will need to see the legal document that grants access back to sand hill rd.
