Install two new hvac units with associated duct work as per approved plans.

Demolish all interior partitions, non-structural, and rebuilt new second floor dwelling as per approved plans.

Level ii alterations & a change in occupancy (not occ. Classification) to an existing building to create a sit-down restaurant. Alterations include new seating & service areas (accessible), toilet facilities, kitchen, prep. And employee areas. Exterior alterations to create a new storefront and new exterior opening for a wall also part of this permit. Separate permits required for electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire suppression systems.

Install fire alarm system through out a mixed use property as per nfpa72 (north district)

Install 150amp subpanel on second floor and install electric through out property onto a 2 phase 200amp service as per 2008 nec (north district)

Alterations to an existing hvac system to provide conditioning for altered space (sit-down restaurant). Alterations to include new registers diffusers, exhaust and intake fans and all supplemental ductwork. Alterations also to include alterations to an existing commercial kitchen hood (14-0" in length) with two (2) exhaust outlets and all supplemental fans & ductwork.

Install rough in and finish plumbing for kitchen and bathrooms (mixed use)

For the installation of (1) ul 3 listed wet chemical extinguishing system with fourteen (14) flow points in accordance with nfpa 17a. Fire supression system to serve a 14-0" commercial kitchen exhaust hood system in a restaurant on the first floor of an existing structure.
