Install (2) 40,0 btu gas furnaces - (1)2-ton condenser and (1) 2. 5-ton condenser (sfd)

For the installation of a one & one-half (1 1 2) inch combined service for a fire & domestic supply line for a three (3) story single family dwelling (sfd); fire sprinkler system installation in accordance with nfpa 13d. Installation of fire sprinkler piping, sprinkler heads, & related piping appurtenances to be performed by a licensed fire suppression contractor in accordance with the philadelphia code title 9.

For the new construction of a sfd, three story with one car garage, deck above 3rd floor and deck at 2nd floor. The building is fully sprinklered. See a p 346584 for plans.
