For a certificate of occupancy for (7614 ogontz - barber shop 1st floor, and 2 family dwelling above zoning use (51166). See previous alteration permits # 503910. All work shall be finaled and code compliant prior to issuance of the c o.

For level iii alterations to an existing building (space 7612) with a vacant commercial space (use permit required prior to occupancy) on the first floor with a two family dwelling on the second floor, alterations to include the erection of parition walls, repair of party wall in basment level, and provide finishes throughout. Separate certificate of occupancy required for commerical space on the first floor. Residential portion to be sprinklered. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire supression work.
