Self-cert. Project: interior renovation in which the existing ombudsman school will expand into the three adjacent spaces. Work will include the demolition of existing walls, cutting openings in the demising walls, providing new offices and classrooms, providing new finishes, painting and new ceilings with lights. Two of the rear doors and frames will be replaced and the front doors will receive new hardware. The furnaces, condensers and water heaters will be replaced as per plans.
