SCORE 100 1. Tear off the existing roof down to the wood deck. A plastic sheet and sheets of plywood will be laid down on the ground to catch the torn off roof and to protect the shrubbery. 2. We will have to place our dumpster in the street at the bottom of the driveway, so the garbage will have to be hauled from the plastic-covered area out to the street. Take the necessary steps to ensure the pathway used to haul garbage is safe and protected. 3. Replace bad plywood. 4. The new material will be hand-loaded onto the roof. 5. Mechanically fasten 1. 5 inches of polyiso insulation to the wood deck. 6. Install a wood nailer as needed around the perimeter of the building. 7. Mechanically fasten a mil tpo roof membrane over theinsulation. This membrane will be a white membrane. 8. Remove existing cap metal. This metal is still in good condition, and will be replaced after the membrane is installed up the sidewall. 9.
