Alterations to remove wall panels and trim. Install new drywall fir out and fire rated drywall for ceilings, finishes,paint and vinyl flooring for current vacant space for future new tenant. No change to floor plan layout. Additional permits required for certificate of occupancy of ground floor space and use permit required prior to occupancy for this space required for any use changes, floor plan of entire ground floor space required. Partial building change in use 1st floor retail requires certificate of occupancy.
