On 3/23/2011, the department of licenses and inspections issued a notice of refusal for application #320765.

Permit for a take-out restaurant with seating to include the retail sale of pre-packaged food, hot and cold food and beer for take-out on the first floor and for the erection of four (4) flatwall signs, the erection of four (4) canopies (no signage) and for the removal of one (1) existing double-faced projecting sign all as part of an existing three (3) story structure with uses as previously approved.
