Alterations to an existing hvac system in a parking garage to include 2 gas unit heaters, 1 exhaust fan and supply fan, new ductwork with loovers and grills as per approved plans.

Install new fire pump, jockey, deisel fuel tank and new 6" main pipe to tie into existing 6" service and existing sprinkler system, as per design drawings and specifications

Relocate 38 sprinklers.

For the installation of an automatic fire suppression system throughout a parking area in accordance with nfpa 13 standards. System to be provided via a 6" fire service main line with 2" risers, 3-4" cross mains and 1-1 2" to 2" branch lines. System provided with a backflow prevention assembly and fire pump as shown in approved plans.

Iinterior demolition of non load bearing walls and ceiling only. No other work allowed under this permit. Contact streets department for dumpster permit and footway closure.

For the extension of an existing sprinkler system to renovated spaces on the first floor, fire supression sysytem serviced by existing six inch fire service line with an existing fire pump and back flow preventer assembly. All work to be done per approved plans. Fire supression system to be installed in accordance with nfpa 13.
