Permit holder to notify owner(s) of adjoining property(ies) no less than ten (10) days prior to commencement of permitted work.

Int demo ez interior demolition- for the interior demolition of non load-bearing partition walls and ceilings as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

For the partial demolition of an existing structure as per code bulletin b-1302r. Streets department approval or streets closure permit for pedestrian protection required prior to starting demolition activities.

Install 3 toilets, 3 vanities, 2 bathtubs, 1 kit sink and 1 washing machine (sfd)the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

1 amp service, meter, panel and rewire throughout per 2008 nec (sfd)

Install 1 hvac unit with ductwork (sfd)

Amend fire suppression permit # 6366 to reduce service line size from one inch (1") as previously approved to three-quarters of an inch (3 4") per plans and hyraulic calculations. There are no changes to the previously approved sprinkler layout at the interior.
