Installing 30x tent in front of building on 4 9 2015-4 10 2015 for employee luncheon. Pursuant to ordinance no. 2006-1263 of the metropolitan code of laws, i (the holder on this permit) hereby certify that all construction and demolition waste generated by any and all activities governed by this permit shall be disposed of in an approved landfill. Further, i certify that no construction and demolition waste shall be stored on the property in violation of any provision of the metropolitan code.

We will be installing a 30x frame tent 6 different times this year. It will be placed in the front parking lot for luncheons. I have left messages to find out if i can apply only once for these 6 different dates and what the charge would be. Dates of install are 4 23, 6 18, 7 16, 8 13, 9 24, 10 29. They go up at 1pm and taken down at 1pm the next day. Please advise.
