For the erection of an addition at the rear third floor, and a roof deck (above the third floor roof) accessed by a pilot house (to enclose access stairs only), to an existing attached structure used as single-family household living, size and location as shown on plan application.

For the erection of a third-floor addition with a roof deck (above the third floor roof) accessed by a fourth-floor addition, to the rear of an existing attached structure used as single-family household living, and for level ii alterations on the first floor within the existing portion of the structure, as per plans; separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work. Building is not sprinklered.
