Supply and install a wind vented roof system

For the erection of three (3) internally illuminated flatwall signs with structurally backed channel lettering & logos @3-6"(h) x 10-10"(w) for 37. 63 sqft ea. & one (1) double faced panel sign @2-0"(h) x 10-2"(w) for 20. 33 sqft ea. Face, mounted to an existing free-standing sign structure with accessory signs as previously approved. Signs accessory to an existing medical office with out-patient treatment as previously approved in an existing area shopping center with uses & accessory parking as previously approved. Size & location as shown in application.

Tenant fit out, relocate existing 400amp service, replace 1 panel board, install 88 new lights fixtures, 74 new recepts, and connect 4 new roof units as per 2005 nec (cc district) install fire alarm systems as per nfpa72

Installation of (3) illuminated channel letter signs for health center (36"x1010").

Hvac, ductwork and registers as per plans

New water heater, 4 toilets, 4 lavs, 11 exam sinks, 4 sinks, 1 water cooler, and 1 mop sink(medical office)

Replacing ductwork throughout medical office as per plans.

Interior alterations for tenant fit out

Connect to existing sanitray, vent and domestic water to install: (5)water closets, (1)urinal, (4)lav sinks, (1)break room sink, water cooler and (2)floor drains with trap primer (existing water meter & rpz)
