Any parapet cap must be a mortar cap with embedded mesh; metal cap flashing is prohibited in the vieux carr. Note: trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs all work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelines permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapet or surrounding wallstorch-applied roofing is not permitted in the vieux carr.

Contractor truck parked in reserved stop to load roofing debris for 5 days from 9 25 2017 to 9 29 2017.

Remove existing roof membrane and underlayment on rear service building. Install new peel and stick tpo membrane and ice and water underlayment. Tpo must be medium gray color; white membrane is not permitted.
