First floor to retail sale of helath care products change second floor use to commercial (office use)

For level ii alterations throughout an existing two story building for use as a mercantile on the first floor level with a business occupancy on the second floor level. Alterations to include the erection of partition walls, provide finishes and furnishings throughout. Work to also include reframing of the existing stairs. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design professional prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for all other work.
